Dr. Jonathan Bernstein is a veteran dentist who takes pride in providing sedation dentistry services to patients in the Central and Southern Maine area.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Dr. Bernstein attended Northwestern University Dental School, graduating with honors. During his years of clinical practice, he has endeavored to provide outstanding care combined with a compassionate approach to ease any anxiety you may have with dental treatment. Being trained and certified in both Oral and IV conscious sedation allows for multiple options for safe and pleasant treatment.

An insatiable appetite for continuing education, Dr. Bernstein is dedicated to learning the most advanced methods of treatment in a wide array of disciplines to provide you with the most comprehensive care possible. A kind, caring, patient centered approach is his simple philosophy. He believes it is important for patients to have time to be heard to express their goals and concerns. This assists him in serving the patient as a whole to obtain optimal oral and general health.

Aside from practicing dentistry, Dr. Bernstein enjoys many outdoor activities, including cycling, running road races, and traveling. He also enjoys spending free time with his family and friends.

about iconDr. Jacob F. Kieffer, D.D.S.

Originally from Saco, Maine, Dr. Kieffer graduated with distinction from the University of Maine in 2012. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. His desire to pursue a career in dentistry then lead him to Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Dalhousie University. Following graduation, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Dalhousie University in order to further his dental knowledge and expand his skill set. This additional training enables him to provide his patients with a greater array of dental treatment options. Dr. Kieffer enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but has a special interest in the surgical and prosthetic side including dental implants, crowns, and bridges.

Aside from practicing dentistry, Dr. Kieffer enjoys many outdoor activities as he spent the majority of his childhood growing up in Alaska. His main hobbies include cycling, skiing, and golf. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family in Southern Maine.

Dr. Kieffer is thrilled to be returning to his home state to join the Center for Advanced Dentistry team. He takes great pride in delivering high quality, individualized dental treatment for each and every patient. Dr. Kieffer prioritizes continuing education by staying up-to-date with the latest dental research and technology, in order to provide his patients with the best possible care.
